By the way, I have the full source for E13, which I have compiled multiple times under slackware and also been able to write a Gentoo ebuild for it.
I also have GTK and E16 style and theme of E13.

Blog resurrection
When I first started using Linux back in 1996, I started looking at all those beautiful window managers. Quickly I fell in love with Enlightenment DR.13, also called E13. I know, E17 is around the corner and E16 is still very popular, but I believe things took a wrong direction with E14. And while I believe strongly about E17, I am still deeply heartfelt for E13.
I have, around 2003, started some development to port the unique E13 look and feel to KDE 3's kwin engine. But I have not really got very far.
I am now creating this blog in order to ear love story from people about the Enlightenment <= 13. Anyone still have any running version ? Anyone used version and have sweet memories? What was E <= 12 like ?
Also anyone who would like to help porting E13 look&feel to recent window manager, please comment here.
