By the way, I have the full source for E13, which I have compiled multiple times under slackware and also been able to write a Gentoo ebuild for it.
I also have GTK and E16 style and theme of E13.
If you are interested, I can send them to you. just ask.

I liked the DR13 theme "Oceanview". The menus had a central circle, surrounded by 'arms' of the choices.
